1. What you buy

A dedicated mail server that is only yours, a daily sending cap, SMTP on 587/465, IMAP, Hangar webmail, and the IPv4 count on the package (Spark 1, Beacon 2, Current 5, Grid 10) with Hangar-stack round-robin. One sending address you name. postmaster for bounces. No RDP. No Windows desktop. No Gammadyne. No “unlimited.”

2. The .com

The included .com is licensed to you for the paid term. Pylon is the registrant. That is how we publish MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and PTR without waiting on you. When you leave in good standing we transfer the name. We do not hold it hostage. We do not register novelty TLDs for SMTP.

3. Caps, warmup, extras

The package number is a ceiling after warmup, not checkout day. Warmup is per IPv4. The table lives in your dashboard. Extra IPv4 is $30 per month, overflow on the same From. IP replace is $20 after you have sent; free in the first 48 hours if the address is dirty and unused.

Two pipes, two rules. SMTP (587/465, Instantly and friends): mail past today’s effective cap is rejected at the banner — it does not queue. Mission (Hangar campaigns): extra letters hold short and queue until tomorrow’s clip. They do not torch the IP. That is the feature.

Skip warmup is available on every package as a request. Support must approve it. If the IP lists after a skip, replacement is not free, and there is no refund.

4. Money

Prices are USD. Month one includes the .com license. Months 2–12 are $10 less. Cancel any time; the current month is not prorated. Yearly billing may arrive later — it is off until we say it is on. Refunds follow the refund policy: after the jet is live, the month is spent iron except the cases listed there.

5. SMTP or Mission — not both

Each live jet has one arm. SMTP Jets: Instantly and friends on 587/465. Pylon Mission: you Launch from the hangar. Switching parks the other arm. SMTP will not accept mail while Mission is armed, and Mission will not fire while SMTP is armed. That is how one IP keeps one reputation.

6. Support

Three printed addresses, one hangar inbox: customercare@pylonsmtp.com for the jet, billing@pylonsmtp.com for Paystack and refunds, abuse@pylonsmtp.com for reports. Signed-in pilots open a hangar ticket on the same desk. Support can pause a jet, attach IPs, and rotate a password. They cannot hold provider keys. We do not hand Hetzner or Porkbun logins to a freelancer.

7. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Purchased lists, phishing, and snowshoeing get the jet paused or closed. You are the sender of record.

8. Law

Nigerian law. We do not pretend to be a US company. Inbox placement is not a warranty — a clean IP and matching PTR are the floor; lists and content do the rest.
