How it works
Pay once. Watch the stack come up.
Shared SMTP puts a thousand senders on one IP. Pylon does the opposite: a dedicated server and a dedicated domain for every order. You are not in a pool. You are not waiting on a ticket for PTR. You do not get RDP. You do not get a Windows mailer. You get SMTP on 587/465, IMAP, Hangar webmail, and Hangar campaigns (Mission) when you want them.
In plain language: pick a jet, then a .com. Buy a new name or keep yours and change two Cloudflare nameservers at the registrar. We boot the server, write DNS, set reverse records on every IPv4, install the mail stack, and send you host / port / password. One SMTP login. Extra IPv4s round-robin the same From.
Why only .com
Sending from a week-old .xyz on a week-old IP is two things Gmail has never seen. .com is boring on purpose. PTR for mail.brand.com is a hostname filters already know how to score. We will not register novelty TLDs for SMTP.

Each IPv4 matches mail / mail2 / mail3 — required by Gmail and Microsoft.

Hangar stack: SMTP + IMAP + Hangar webmail. Rate limits on. No open relay.

Publish SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX
Authoritative zone live. SPF lists every exit IP.

Create mailboxes
One sending address you named. postmaster for bounces. Same password.

Per-IP ramp. Mail past today’s cap is rejected — it does not queue.

Firewall: 587/465 SMTP, 993 IMAP, 443 Hangar. SSH locked to Pylon. No open relay.

What you receive
- SMTP host mail.yourdomain on ports 587 (STARTTLS) and 465 (SSL). One login. Extra IPv4s round-robin the same From.
- One sending address you name at checkout — that is the SMTP username
- postmaster@ — bounce / DSN only. Do not send campaigns from it
- No extra inboxes. One From so a second party cannot share and burn the IP
- Hangar (our webmail) at hangar.yourdomain
- Honest IPv4 counts: Spark 1 · Beacon 2 · Current 5 · Grid 10. Optional extra IPv4 (+$30) for overflow on the same domain
- Per-IP warmup in the dashboard. Package cap is the ceiling after the ramp, not day one. SMTP past today’s cap is rejected — it does not queue. Mission letters past the clip hold short until tomorrow
- A message when the jet is healthy — dashboard plus email
The first days are slower on purpose. If you blast a bought list on day one, the cap stops you before the host does. Skip warmup is a request — support has to approve it. It is not a button that makes Gmail like you.
How you reach the hangar
Three printed addresses. One inbox. The address is the tag so listings and money jump the queue. Signed-in pilots open a hangar ticket on the same desk.
- customercare@pylonsmtp.com — Jets, PTR, warmup, Mission, passwords. The human door.
- billing@pylonsmtp.com — Paystack, invoices, refunds, renewals. Money questions only.
- abuse@pylonsmtp.com — A Pylon IP hit you, or a jet is burning. We pause first.
Recipients who hit spam on a Mission letter are already counted. 0.3% grounds the jet without anyone mailing us. Contact if you are not in the hangar yet.
