Who we are
Pylon Digital Technologies Ltd (“Pylon”) sells dedicated SMTP jets and Pylon Mission campaigns. Controller: Pylon Digital Technologies Ltd. Port Harcourt, Nigeria. customercare@pylonsmtp.com. billing@pylonsmtp.com and abuse@pylonsmtp.com are aliases of that same hangar inbox — the address is the tag, not a second company.
What we keep
Account: name, email, company, phone, country, hangar password hash. Orders: domain, IPv4s, hostname, sending address, warmup, arm (SMTP or Mission). Payments: Paystack references — we do not store full card numbers. Mission: contacts you paste, templates, events (delivered, bounce, click, open, unsub). Tickets and letter copies. API keys hashed. Logs enough to fight a chargeback and a Spamhaus listing.
Why
To provision the jet, bill you, keep the IP alive, run Mission if you arm it, catch phishing, and answer tickets. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest in not getting the whole fleet listed.
Who else sees it
Paystack (charges). Cloudflare (DNS). The VPS host we attach your iron to (Hetzner, OVH, or whoever is set in the hangar). Google or X if you sign in that way. We do not sell lists. We do not put your recipients on anyone else’s jet.
How long
Account and invoices for the years the tax man in Nigeria expects. SMTP logs and Mission events about 90 days unless a listing fight needs them. Suppression stays until you delete it — that is the point of a suppression list.
Your rights
Profile in the hangar. Export or delete: open a ticket. NDPR applies. If you are in the EU/UK you can ask for access, correction, or erasure the same way. We may keep what the law or a spam investigation still needs.
